Who We Are

We are two brothers by the names of Steven and Stuart, and have grown up in northern England. We have always had strong family values thanks to our parents. It is these family values that kept us together where most brothers would grow apart and go their separate ways in life. These family values also played a large part in developing the dream we shared of starting a business together.

After we both graduated from University, with a PGCE Teaching Qualification and a Masters Degree in Marketing, we were ready to take on the world and start our own business. We decided to call our business Smith's, after our last name, where we sell everyday, practical items everyone will use, while having the utmost quality. We wanted to create a reliable brand in which customers can trust - a brand in which over time, will continue to grow as we create more and more products. Our goals with regards to our products are durability, quality, and practicality - we want to create five star products in that every item has a use, and every item will last.
